Kuala Lumpur, 18th – A massive fire broke out in a wooden house settlement, rapidly engulfing and destroying two houses that were home to eight families.
The incident occurred this morning in Kampung Wira Damai, Batu Caves area, Selangor.
According to Selangor Fire and Rescue Department operations chief, Mohd Mokhles, authorities received a distress call at 11:30 AM and immediately dispatched a team to the scene. Fortunately, no casualties were reported.
Meanwhile, photos and videos of the blaze circulating online show thick black smoke billowing from the scene, with nearby residents seen fleeing and hastily moving their vehicles away from the affected area.
Another video shows fierce flames raging intensely, creating a terrifying spectacle.
