- The incident sparked discussions in local WhatsApp and Facebook groups, with many expressing concerns about the safety of their neighborhood.
Fireworks or Something Else?
In an update, the same Facebook user noted that some residents claimed the explosion was caused by an extra-large firework, which they allegedly witnessed firsthand.

Police Response
Serdang District Police Chief, ACP AA Anbalagan, confirmed that the police have not received any reports regarding the incident.
- “As of now, there have been no official complaints or reports lodged.”
Community Concerns
While some speculate the noise could be attributed to fireworks, others remain skeptical, questioning the unusual intensity of the sound and its impact. Residents hope for clarity on the matter, urging authorities to investigate and provide assurance of their safety.
