Tuition Teacher Found in Pool of Blood; Husband Shocked and Calls Police; Authorities Rule Out Criminal Involvement

(Ipoh, 23rd) A tuition teacher was found lifeless in a pool of blood by her husband yesterday, with visible wounds on her neck and arms. A folding knife was discovered nearby. Following initial investigations, the police ruled out criminal involvement and categorized the case as a sudden death.

Reports suggest that the deceased had been experiencing stress due to severe eye pain and infection, which is believed to have contributed to her passing.

The tragic incident was uncovered at approximately 5 PM in a shop lot at Hoover Garden, Ipoh, where the woman’s body was found on the second floor of a tuition center.

According to Ipoh District Deputy Police Chief Mohamad Shakdin, the deceased was 53 years old. Authorities responded promptly after receiving a report from her husband.

He stated that early findings indicated injuries on the woman’s neck and arms, with a folding knife found in close proximity. It was estimated that she had been dead for less than six hours before being discovered.

“There were no signs of struggle or indications of criminal activity at the scene. A preliminary forensic examination determined that the cause of death was a neck wound, and the case has been classified as a sudden death,” he explained.

Mohamad Shakdin also mentioned that the woman’s husband last saw her on the previous Thursday. She had been distressed due to eye pain and infection.

“She had undergone a procedure on February 19 to drain pus from her eye and had expressed to her husband and family that the pain was unbearable and that her vision was worsening.”
